You need not fear language barriers here. Don't speak English natively? I'll meet you mid-way. I'm learning Esperanto. I love to poke fun at the English language.  (My self pun-is-meant) We are all learning. - so, welcome aboard.

Kataliz-il-o: Catalyst, tool, noun.
A tool that is a catalyst. When present, it speeds, or slows, a reaction without being consumed by it.  Non self-sacrificial interference, if you will.

Our view

With lived experience of visible and invisible disabilities, I view the world through lenses that differ from "the norm".

Why us?

The founder, Andrew Spannenberg, formed Katalizilo  to network solutions he became aware of, through his own research and cogitation.  Not everyone has read the same books as he. Conclusions may differ. 

Andrew is a time investor. He likes peer counselling, Appreciative Inquiry.  and NLP.
