Laughter

Each minute of laughter exercise is equivalent to several minutes of cardio vascular workout on a rowing machine. No jokes required! 

Given a safe place to laugh for no reason, forms the basis of a laughter therapy session.

Andrew has lead sessions at conferences, and workshops in exercise; small groups in therapy introduction. 

Sessions are generally half hour.  And partiicpants are left with expereince taht they can hold for life. A tool for greater happiness.
